Rajiv Jain is a seasoned analytics professional, currently Head of Growth & Cross Sell Analytics at Clix Capital (Erstwhile GE Capital). In this role, he has built an entire Cross Sell eco system from scratch and responsible for entire customer value chain including P&L, AI based recommendation engine, Digital Engagement and Customer Experience.
He has 12+ years of rich experience in Analytics domain within BFSI. Prior to joining Clix Capital, He was Head of Analytics at Paisabazaar and before that; he had a stint of 9 yrs. with Citibank.
His key accomplishments are creation of Co-lending product for under serve segments, Designing Pre-Approved/Cross Sell Offers by developing ML models on bureau and alternate data, Chance of Approval model for PL & CC for a Marketplace, Development of Application & behavior Scorecards for Secured & Unsecured product, Sales Planning & Incentive Management. In addition, He has very good experience of setting Analytics function from scratch for multiple organization.
Rajiv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore and MBA from BIM, Trichy. He was the recipient of this award in 2018 as well.
