Shashwat has over a decade of experience of leveraging analytics for value creation for organizations. He has setup and scaled advanced analytics teams for data driven commercial and operational decisions in consumer-facing as well as B2B companies . His areas of expertise include using analytics to drive sound pricing decisions, boosting returns on marketing investments, and driving successful customer acquisition and retention. He also oversees and orients the technology plans, choices, architectures, and investments focused on big data, advanced analytics for the organization.
Few examples of his work include developing analytics capabilities for base management; establishing microsegments and personalizing offers for each segment leading to significant reduction in customer churn, recommendation engine for NBO, Fraud Risk Management, cognitive price plan modelling framework etc.
Shashwat holds an MBA from XLRI and Advanced Data Analytics certification from ISI and is currently working as Head of Analytics with Aditya Birla Health Insurance ( Aditya Birla Capital) .
