Shri Alok Kumar

With over three decades of services in the Government, Shri Kumar has first-hand experience in both policy formulation and execution. He previously led the industrial transformation in the State of Uttarakhand and is deeply connected with corporate and investor community.  In his current role, he has played a pivotal role in investment promotion, infrastructure development, ease of doing business reforms, and MSME growth in the State of UP. He has been instrumental in attracting investments from domestic and global investors, facilitating major infrastructure projects, and fostering an enabling ecosystem for business and industry.
His unique blend of academic excellence, policy expertise, and extensive experience in industrial and infrastructure development has contributed significantly to Uttar Pradesh’s emergence as one of India’s leading investment destinations and a key driver of the nation’s economic growth.
