Vyom Upadhyay

Vyom leads the BI and Analytics Group at ICICI Bank. In this role Vyom manages a team of analysts working across banking products, channels and functions to create insights, strategies and platforms to deliver these strategies. In this role, Vyom has driven the adoption of Big Data tools and AI/ML based use cases across various businesses and functions of the Bank. He also manages the Digital Lending Solutions group where he is responsible for creating solutions and strategies for Digital Lending.
Before joining ICICI Bank, Vyom has worked extensively in the areas of customer management strategies and risk management. He has developed and delivered risk management and CRM solutions to various Banks across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.
Vyom holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B Tech from IIT Bombay.
