1. Eligibility:
The awards are open exclusively to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) operating in India.
2. Entry Fee:
A nomination fee of INR 50,000 is applicable for each entry submitted across categories.
3. Submission Limit:
Organizations may submit multiple entries, including nominations across different categories.
4. Original Work:
Entries must reflect initiatives that were conceptualized or implemented between Jan 2024 and Apr 2026.
5. Supporting Evidence:
Each nomination must be supported with relevant documentation, data, and outcomes to aid the jury’s evaluation.
6. Judging Process:
Submissions will be reviewed by an independent jury comprising industry leaders, analysts, and domain experts.
7. Finalists & Winners:
Finalists will be notified in advance. Winners will be announced during MachineCon GCC Summit 2026 in Goa.
8. Deadline:
All nominations must be submitted on or before April 30, 2026.
