With over 24 years of experience in Insurance Broking, he specializes in Health & Benefits, Consulting, Communications, Benefit Technology, and Global Expat Benefits. Before Marsh, he led the Employee Benefit practice at JLT Independent and co-founded Vantage Insurance Brokers. Prawal holds an MBA in Marketing from Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune University. His leadership and entrepreneurial mindset have been key in scaling businesses and driving the success of MMB’s large specialty team in India.
