Majority of my success and projects happens due to my skill in data and data strategy.
When I Joined one of the largest real estate company that time I am making my decision only as data driven approach, it means it makes strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation only. Our business strategy teams work closely with me for analysis of data either we can say, on salesforce & SAP data properly visualized on Tableau software. A data-driven approach enables me to examine and organise our data with the goal of better serving their customers and internal team for better organized all the information on customer behaviour, collection and increased sales lead. By using data to drive its actions, we can contextualise and or personalise its messaging to our prospects and customers for a more customer centric approach. Right now I am working on to visualized customer services data by using cloud based software to improve customer services and priorities the called as per L1, L2, & L3 levels of escalation and chat bots generates lots of data.
