He is currently working with 3M as Vice President Finance leading the company’s Global Finance COE footprint. Prior to joining 3M Dakshesh has 30+ years of work experience with multiple US Multinational conglomerates – General Electric Company (GE) & Wabtec Corporation and has a track record of exceptional performance in leadership positions. He has worked across multiple industries – appliances, industrial systems, healthcare, and transportation businesses and brings with him a strong Fintech background.
