Daniel Kusmanto

Daniel is currently the Global Head, HR Analytics at ASM. In his current role, his main task is to build HR Analytics capability within ASM from scratch. He has 8-year experience in building and expanding HR Analytics solutions within companies ranging from semiconductor to banking with regional responsibility. Some of his works include HR data warehouse, dashboards, deployment of self-serve analytics platform, and predictive analytics projects. Daniel started his career in IT in 2004 before switching to HR Analytics in 2012.
