Deepika Banerjee

Deepika Banerjee is a managing director and head of Human Capital Management for Goldman Sachs Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices, based in Bengaluru. Deepika has over two decades of experience across various human capital functions including talent acquisition and management, business partnering, employee relations, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, she held various leadership roles in organizations such as Nomura, Tata AIG Life Insurance, Genpact, driving the talent priorities in support of business and organization outcomes.
