Lakshmana leads the strategy consulting and analytics practice for Epsilon India, supporting clients from the US and Asia-Pacific regions. In this role, Lakshmana along with his team aims at meeting the growing demand for Epsilon’s services across emerging markets in the APAC region.
Under his leadership, Lakshmana’s team engages with clients to define their marketing and loyalty strategy, providing a clear roadmap on achieving client goals. They also work with the client to ensure the best strategy is executed, and business value is fully realized.
He comes with over 20 years of experience, predominantly helping clients achieve transformational benefits through data and technology. Over the years, he has worked with organizations that specialize in marketing strategy, data ecosystems, industry value chain analytics and machine learning applications, within the financial services, telco, retail and media industries. Having worked for clients in the US, Middle-East, Asia-Pacific including India, Lakshmana is reasonably conversant in how the value chain levers are different by markets and where the most opportunities are in improving the core value of a business.
He has an MBA from Indian School of Business and also holds a degree in BE for Electronics and Communication from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
