Mani Bhushan is a seasoned Supply Chain and Logistics professional with over 16 years of work experience in some of the best companies in Corporate India. Currently working as Head – Product Development, Analytics, Market Research, Reach Expansion and Innovation with Bluedart, Mani is responsible for spearheading the B2C Strategy for the organization by developing new products, expanding geographical coverage, Innovation and establishing a data driven approach for decision making while he aims to establish the company as the most preferred logistics service partner for customers across the country.
Mani began his career as a Marine Engineer (after passing out from MERI (DMET) in 2000) and sailed for four and a half years working with different nationalities and visiting over 35 countries. He then did his MBA from MDI Gurgaon and started his land journey in 2007. Mani has held senior positions in the Supply Chain and Logistics function with organizations like Spencers Retail, L’Oreal, Inkfruit, Homeshop18 and Bluedart. His last assignment prior to Blue Dart was with HomeShop18 as AVP Operations
Mani’s business insights and leadership mantras have helped organizations and teams in achieving ‘next’ level of excellence. He is a keen orator, and has successfully conducted workshops and guest sessions at various prestigious forums and institutions. Mani’s interviews and insights have been published/ telecast in several reputed magazines and news forums including Retail Today and ET Now. He has recently won the best environment friendly award by ET now for launching last mile deliveries through electric vehicles.
Mani enjoys traveling, reading and has keen interest in sports.
