With 21 years of HR experience in industry and consulting, she has worked with Infosys, Tatas, and now Mercer, where she manages the rewards practice across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Mansee’s expertise lies in creating solutions to maximize client satisfaction. She holds a degree in management sciences from Devi Ahilya University and a postgraduate degree in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune, along with a PHR certification from SHRM, USA.
