Pankaj is the India Sales leader at The Weather Company, an IBM Business responsible for
driving business growth and building new pipeline for The Weather Company across India and
South Asia.
He is a dynamic and result driven IIM management graduate professional with 20+ years of
experience in industrial and software product sales, and human resource consulting services.
Pankaj’s expertise across business operations, hunting and farming business, business partner
management, CXO level engagement, software solution sales and human resource consulting has
helped drive incremental growth across different business domains.
In his prior assignment as Sales Leader for IBM Watson Talent/IBM Kenexa, Pankaj has been
instrumental in adding more than 25 new client logos in the first 36 months of Kenexa business
in India.
Prior to IBM, Pankaj was a Senior Consultant for Engagement, Talent and Performance Practice,
with Aon Hewitt, a US based human capital and management consulting firm and Gallup India
as Vice President for IT Services.
