Shivani is head of Client Insights at RBL Bank and is helping teams make their decisions more data driven. Each day is a new challenge and extremely rewarding. She is an alumna of Anna University, IRMA, and ISB Hyderabad. Shivani started her career in the consumer banking divisions of ICICI Bank and Axis Bank helping to build new products and improve customer engagement as part of the consumer banking team. She was part of several marquee projects like building a bank-wide customer loyalty program, designing a custom behavior based liabilities product stack and delivering analytically derived talking points to the sales team for customer engagement.
She then went to pursue her MBA from ISB, Hyderabad post which she joined Fintellix an analytics, risk and compliance product company catering exclusively to banks. She grew to lead the global pre-sales efforts helping to open up new markets like Mauritius, Singapore, Vietnam and US, design blockbuster new products like the Risk-Based Supervision framework besides leading consulting teams for short assignments. After her stint at Fintellix, Shivani moved on to head the Client Insights division at RBL Bank.
