17 years + experience in field of data analytics across insurance, banking, retail business, trailing to consumer goods and logistics. A strong believer and practitioner of data science, Shweta has driven the concept across several dimensions of business with tangible results. She has been a visiting faculty at some of the management and training institutes as well. Shweta currently heads business intelligence and analytics at Tata AIA Life Insurance and is based out of Mumbai.
