Sreekanth heads the AI/ML practice for Genpact Analytics and drives global AI/ML projects delivery. He brings over two decades of innovation and industry expertise to his role, leading strategy, business transformation, product development, and delivering high-end analytical solutions. Sreekanth has incubated and launched over 50 advanced analytics solutions in the global market. He has worked closely with Fortune 500 clients to drive impact on their business by enabling innovative AI-led solutions and practices.
His primary focus is competency building in AI ecosystems such as Machine Learning, NLP/Text Mining, Computer Vision, and nurturing new capabilities. In addition, he develops, mentors and guides a global team to deliver complex AI/ML Models and capabilities at scale while promoting engagement and employee growth.
Before Genpact, Sreekanth assumed end-to-end responsibility of developing analytics engines, setting up virtual captive teams and building Big Data Analytics platforms. Sreekanth also led a large Analytics team at Symphony Marketing Solutions. Here, he focused on building a Digital Retail Measurement system with Advanced embedded algorithms to solve multiple business problems of Fortune 500 CPG Retail clients. He joined Genpact in February 2010 as part of Genpact’s acquisition of Symphony Marketing Services.
His career commenced in the world of consumer research/survey research at Kantar group, building advanced statistical models to solve complex challenges like measuring advertising effectiveness, predicting customer satisfaction etc.
Sreekanth holds a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s in computer science.
