Subhra is a seasoned analytics leader with an accomplished history of shaping, steering the
analytics agenda within organization and driving growth and revenue by leveraging data. He has
been working in the business intelligence and analytics field for more than 12 years with
experiences spanning across finance, manufacturing, retail and consulting sectors in some of the
world's leading organizations:- TCS, Oracle, Infineon, Aimia etc. He is currently leading the
APAC Business Analytics division of Syngenta, the world’s largest crop chemical producer. In
his previous roles he has successfully helped built a data science team from scratch that drove
revenue generating projects at Infineon and led the regional insights team at Aimia and
successfully transformed it into an advanced analytics team building and implementing predictive
models for major retail clients like Exxon, Ikea, P&G etc. Subhra holds an MBA from S P Jain
School of Global Management and an Engineering degree in IT from KIIT University, India.
